Hotel Manager
Luxury boutique hotel seeking a Hotel Manager to join our management team. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible for leading the daily operational management of the hotel services. Your role includes supervising department heads to drive service efficiency, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the team and daily operations to deliver memorable customer experiences and meet targets.
- Address customer concerns and foster a service recovery culture to enhance loyalty.
- Assist in developing hotel budgets and strategic goals.
- Provide leadership to the management team and staff to ensure targets are achieved and staff are motivated.
- Coordinate service delivery across departments to exceed guest expectations.
- Control costs and analyze results to identify efficiencies.
- Hold regular briefings with department heads to share guidance, feedback, and improvement ideas.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in five-star properties.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage and Room Division Management.
- Leadership skills, problem-solving, and proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
