I candidati devono essere legalmente autorizzati a lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.About the roleFour Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Shift Engineer to join the Team.TheShift Engineer diagnoses and provides service and repairs to hotel equipment and responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient,courteousand professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction whilecomplying withall Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and updateappropriate logs.
Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers,chillersand associated equipment throughout the entire building.
Respond to guest callsregardingmaintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or publicareain a timely manner.
Be familiar with allemergenciesprocedures and respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, powerfailures, etc.
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages andmaintainan organized department and hotel.
Install orrelocateanyadditionalequipment or existing equipment when necessary.
Assistwith energy conservation programs in the hotel.
Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
Where requiredassistwith training to all department staff to ensure efficient operation, propermaintenanceand repair to equipment.

Employee MealsSchedule & Hours:Full-time, fixed-term contract. This position requires working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application. The position is at the C2 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract's minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience
POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, which currently consists of five members. Together with colleagues, the candidate will be responsible for the proper routine and special maintenance of the facility, ensuring the efficient operation of systems, equipment, and common areas, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems.
Handle quick repairs for breakdowns or malfunctions reported by guests or staff.
Conduct periodic inspections of boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, elevators, and other technical and electrical infrastructure.
Assist with setup tasks and minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
Monitor and maintain order in technical areas, the tool storage room, and material stock.
Collaborate with suppliers and external contractors during specialized work.
Compile maintenance reports and report the need for replacements or investments.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations.
Respond promptly in the event of technical emergencies.
Verify and maintain compliance with CEI regulations and safety standards.
Keep the maintenance log up to date and report the need for replacements or technological upgrades.
Collaborate with external companies during testing, certification, and specialized maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications Education and Technical Skills
Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
Skills in residential and industrial electrical systems, reading electrical schematics, and diagnostic software.
At least intermediate proficiency in English.
Possession of PES/PAV/PEI (CEI 11-27) certification is a highly preferred qualification.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Soft Skills
Precision and attention to safety.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other hotel departments.
Willingness to work shifts and cover weekends.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
