Space Mushrooms is looking for a talented and proactive Hourly Helper to collaborate with our Product team on a wide range of operational, analytical and research activities.
You'll contribute to diverse projects, helping accelerate product development through research, testing, analysis and whatever else is needed to move the team forward. Every week can be different: one day you might be testing new features, the next researching competitors, organizing data, or preparing insights that help our Product Managers make better decisions.
This is a flexible, hourly collaboration designed for people who enjoy solving problems, learning quickly and working on a wide variety of challenges.

In just a few years, we have built a diversified portfolio of mobile apps and software spanning photo and video editing, music, interior design, drawing and more. Today, our products generate over 3 million downloads every month and are used by more than 5 million active users worldwide.Since our inception, we've experienced exponential growth: we closed 2025 with €10M in revenue and €4.5M EBITDA, and we're on track to reach €20M in revenue and €13M EBITDA in 2026.Our ambition is to continue growing at an exceptional pace. To achieve that, we're building a team of outstanding people who are curious, resourceful and eager to make an impact.
Some of your key responsibilities
Depending on the projects and business needs, you may:
- Test new product features and identify bugs or usability issues. - Analyze user reviews and identify recurring trends and opportunities. - Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. - Research topics that support product and business decisions. - Collect, organize and analyze data. - Prepare reports, presentations and internal documentation. - Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of research and operational work. - Contribute to operational projects that help our Product team move faster.
Who you are
Ideally, you:
- Are currently enrolled in a university degree (or have recently graduated). - Have outstanding problem-solving skills. - Are highly organized and detail-oriented. - Learn new concepts quickly. - Enjoy figuring things out independently. - Are curious about technology, software products and AI. - Are comfortable using digital tools. - Have a good command of written and spoken English. - Are reliable and able to manage your time effectively.
