GENERAL ROLE
The HR Admin Intern will gain some valuable HR experience while contributing and supporting the activities and tasks of the HR team. The Intern will rapidly gain an understanding of a fashion and luxury retail industry and the day-to-day organization of an HR department, focusing on the area of HR administration and recruiting.
Main Responsabilities
- Supporting personnel administration activities, contributing to the accurate and compliant management of employee documentation
- Assisting in the maintenance and updating of HR master data, personnel files and internal databases, including headcount monitoring and organizational updates (e.g. extensions, transfers)
- Supporting payroll-related and administrative processes, such as contract preparation, internship activations, COB management and coordination with external providers
- Assisting in travel and mobility administrative activities, including management of dedicated internal systems and related documentation
- Contributing to onboarding and offboarding processes (check-in/check-out documentation, badge management, document archiving monitoring)
- Supporting the Recruiting team with selection activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, phone interviews and recruiting back-office support
- Providing HR back-office support through the preparation of reports and basic HR analyses using Excel and PowerPoint, as well as collaborating on ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional requests
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Economics, Human Resources, Languages or similar fields;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Proficient with Power Point, Excel and IT tools;
- Willing to work with expected full-time working hours;
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, teamwork, strong sense of confidentiality and discretion complete the profile.
