Role Overview

As HR Administrative & Finance Accountant for our operations in Italy, you are responsible for ensuring both smooth and compliant HR administrative processes, with a strong focus on accurate payroll execution and time management, and both Finance activities in relation to the management of economic and financial accounting.

You play a key role in supporting our employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with national labor regulations and internal policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Time Management

  • Full ownership of monthly payroll preparation
  • Collecting and organizing payroll-relevant data
  • Coordinating with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Reviewing payroll outputs and ensuring compliance with the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) and local labor laws
  • Setup, administration and ongoing management of the time recording system
  • Monitoring working hours, absences, sick leave and holiday entitlements
  • Ensuring data consistency and resolving anomalies

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with internal policies and data privacy regulations
  • Execute HR administrative tasks, with flexibility to support areas currently managed by other stakeholders
  • Record HR-related payments for external services in the internal portal
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of periodic reports (e.g. headcount, absence statistics)

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparation of documentation, system entries and coordination with relevant departments

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Partner closely with the HR Business Partner Italy to ensure timely and compliant delivery of country-specific HR deliverables
  • Ensure that all HR administrative activities align with Wintipak’s internal controls, compliance requirements, and labor law

Finance Support Activities:

  • Manage the processing of periodic reporting documents
  • Monitor, in collaboration with other departments, warehouse stock and related movements
  • Support the team in month-end finance closings and regular activities
  • Payroll registration in our ERP software
  • Control of external services and F24
  • Personal Cost forecasting



Required Qualifications

·        Proven experience in HR administration and payroll handling and in finance accountant activities, preferably in an international context

  • Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors , particularly in the areas of employee data management, time recording, and reporting

·        Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel

  • Accuracy, reliability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
