La figura supporterà il team HR nelle attività amministrative e operative legate alla gestione dei dipendenti.**Responsabilità e Attività:*** Supporto alla gestione amministrativa del ciclo di vita del dipendente (assunzioni, variazioni contrattuali, cessazioni)* Preparazione, raccolta e archiviazione della documentazione HR* Collaborazione con lo studio payroll esterno per la gestione di presenze, ferie, permessi e assenze* Aggiornamento e mantenimento dei database HR* Supporto ai processi di onboarding e offboarding* Attività di reportistica, e supporto operativo al Team HR**Requisiti richiesti:*** Laurea, preferibilmente in ambito economico, giuridico o risorse umane* Buona predisposizione al lavoro in team e buone capacità di relazione e comunicazione* Esperienza, anche breve, in attività HR amministrative* Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel* Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità* Preferibile la conoscenza di una lingua straniera, inglese o francese### About UsChanel is a world leader in creating, manufacturing and distributing luxury products, including Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, Fragrances, Makeup, Skincare, Jewellery and Watches.
