HR AI ANALYST INTERN

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-driven HR AI Analyst Intern to join our Human Resources Department at our Padova headquarters for a 6‑month internship. The selected candidate will be part of the Compensation & Benefits team and will refer directly to the Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager.

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in:

• Supporting the analysis of HR processes to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities enabled by AI, with an initial focus on compensation and reward‑related activities.
• Using AI‑based tools and digital solutions to support the organization, analysis and visualization of HR Analytics and global compensation data.
• Supporting the European Pay Transparency project, contributing to data collection and analytical activities.
• Assisting in the global Salary Review process, supporting data preparation, consistency checks and reporting across different countries and employee populations, including the preparation of analyses and presentations for top management.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and processes related to incentive plan management for sales, managerial and executive populations.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Labor Consultancy;
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
• You are highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• You have advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools;
• You are AI‑driven , tech‑savvy , and genuinely curious , with a strong passion for automation , efficiency , and continuous improvement through digital and AI‑enabled solutions ;
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong collaborative, team‑oriented mindset;
• You are resilient, adaptable, and effective in fast‑paced environments, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
• You handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
