HR Application Engineer

At Alfasigma , we are looking for an HR Application Engineer to join our Application Transformation Team within the Global IT Department . The role will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of HR digital tools and platforms, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and alignment with business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the key reference for the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors
• Translate HR business requirements into IT solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Lead project delivery activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with the HR department to continuously improve user experience and system effectiveness
• Monitor the performance of HR applications and provide technical support to users
• Manage integration projects with other tools, such as ZTravel and Concur
• Prepare and maintain documentation, training materials, and regular reporting for system enhancements and roll-outs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory)
• Familiarity with ZTravel and Concur is a plus
• Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
