HR Assistant (Internship)

For our office in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) , we are looking for a HR Assistant (Internship).

What you will do and learn:

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will learn and practice the following:

1. Company internal processes, HR policies, systems and platforms, and the organizational structure and functions of various departments.
2. How to design and manage training schedules, collect and analyze training needs, prepare training materials, and organize employee training and empowerment sessions.
3. How to manage HR-related suppliers, evaluate service needs, and analyze quotations and budgets.
4. Labor safety regulations and their application in the workplace, including supporting the organization of safety training, medical check-ups, and compliance reporting.
5. How to conduct job needs analysis, create and publish job postings, and perform initial resume screenings.
6. Fundamentals of employee communication psychology, practical application, and post-interaction analysis.
7. International HR management models and compliance standards.
8. Planning and organizing internal team-building events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources or a related field
• Native Italian speaker. Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Commercio
