For our office in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) , we are looking for a HR Assistant (Internship).
What you will do and learn:
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will learn and practice the following:
- Company internal processes, HR policies, systems and platforms, and the organizational structure and functions of various departments.
- How to design and manage training schedules, collect and analyze training needs, prepare training materials, and organize employee training and empowerment sessions.
- How to manage HR-related suppliers, evaluate service needs, and analyze quotations and budgets.
- Labor safety regulations and their application in the workplace, including supporting the organization of safety training, medical check-ups, and compliance reporting.
- How to conduct job needs analysis, create and publish job postings, and perform initial resume screenings.
- Fundamentals of employee communication psychology, practical application, and post-interaction analysis.
- International HR management models and compliance standards.
- Planning and organizing internal team-building events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources or a related field
- Native Italian speaker. Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Commercio
