Manager / Team Leader As HR Business Partner for Group Operations, you will align HR strategies with business needs across multiple countries. You will partner with directors and HR teams to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning, enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will balance strategic partnering with hands-on execution, using data-driven insights to improve people processes. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to implement governance and continuous improvement in HR practices. variable incentives welfare and benefits package permanent contract Act as trusted HR partner for Group Operations Directors and business leaders Guide on HR policies, people practices, and organizational matters Support implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across functions Coordinate HR teams across countries and plants within Group Operations Ensure consistent execution of HR processes, policies, and programs Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, and labor costs Support headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, salary reviews, and succession planning Ensure compliance with timelines, policies, and governance Support recruiting activities and internal mobility opportunities Maintain accurate HR data and documentation; ensure policy compliance Bachelor in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields Italian and English fluent, written and spoken Approximately 8 years of HR Business Partner experience in international, multi-country settings with global stakeholders
