MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the Business Partner Community of LVMH Beauty Division Italy for the HR Team , a structure supporting all the Brands of the Division, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Championing LVMH's culture and values, the HRBP will play a key role in supporting our business objectives by partnering with managers and employees to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives.

Scope: Parfums Christian Dior & LVMH Beauty Corporate Functions (headoffice in Milan and Retail population in Italy).

Reporting to the HR Director of LVMH Beauty Italy, the main responsibilities are:


  • Partner with the business to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions and programs.
  • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition & Development team, support the full employee lifecycle, from Talent Acquisition and onboarding to Development, Retention and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance in employee matters, upholding principles of fairness and compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Act as the primary HR reference for our Retail teams, ensuring their unique needs are understood and addressed within HR frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Payroll & C&B, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development to deliver integrated HR services.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g. Engagement, DE&I, CSR) partnering with the local team and HQ.
  • In partnership with HR Controlling and Payroll teams, analyse HR metrics and staff cost to identify trends that drive strategic decision-making.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree in Economics or Humanities.
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or HR Management role, demonstrating strategic partnership with business leaders.
  • Familiarity with the Retail dynamics would be considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Data driven mindset, proactivity, curiosity, digital mindset, attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with multiple requests from managers and employees, organising them by priority.
  • Good knowledge of HRIS.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
