HR Business Partner Global Functions

We are looking for a HR Business Partner Global Functions to join our HR team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

How you make the difference

The position will play a crucial role in acting as the focal point for functional heads on key HR topics including organizational development and HR business partnership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coherence between local organizational changes and global function requirements in collaboration with regional HR Directors and local HR Business Partners;
• Drive the HR partnership for the target population, managing international mobility, recruitment, salary reviews, promotions, and retention strategies;
• Coordinate performance and talent management processes within each function, ensuring effective aggregation and calibration of results, as well as career development;
• Support the head of function on global organizational projects that impact the entire function;
• Define and implement new ways of working and processes, while supporting management in cascading these changes through the organization.

Your team

You will report directly to the HR Manager Global Functions.

What makes you a great fit

Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;

Experience: 3-4 years in an HR role, preferably in a multinational environment;

Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have.
