Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people strategy for a greenfield manufacturing site. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with business leaders, and drive scalable hiring while building the site’s employer brand within the local community.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract, develop and retain top talent, supporting installation, startup and ramp-up in a modern, highly automated facility.
