Hr Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will drive a positive employee experience by applying HR programmes and tools to guide managers. You’ll resolve complex queries, shape policies, and support colleagues across the business. Based in a fulfilment centre, you’ll use data to inform decisions, lead diverse projects, and help develop talent. Your work will align with Amazon’s People Experience and Technology Solutions team to sustain a customer‑obsessed, high‑standard culture.

Responsabilità

• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including leadership
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with MS Office (preferred)
