Based in our office in Carpi (MO) , we are looking for an HR Business Partner Retail to join our HR Team and support the business through strategic people initiatives across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who enjoys working close to the business and acting as a trusted partner for Store and Area Managers. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, supporting people development, and ensuring that HR initiatives actively contribute to commercial success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement strategic HR projects across markets, in line with the overall company strategy and business objectives.
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers of the assigned Stores, addressing requests, concerns, and operational needs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough, objective, and compliant investigations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment and retention of top retail talent.
  • Support Store and Area Managers in evaluating career paths and developing Retail team members.
  • Partner with the Training department to identify training needs and support capability development initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies.
  • Manage and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and analyses related to HR activities and people KPIs.

SKILLS

  • 3–4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within structured retail or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, including seasonality, high turnover, and peak trading periods.
  • Experience in employee relations, dispute management, and union interactions.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions that support performance.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to stores across different countries.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
