We are looking for a
HR Business Partner
to join our
HR team , who will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting leaders in organizational challenges, and promoting a positive corporate culture. ABOUT US:

Namirial’s digital trust services include solutions for customer onboarding, agreement automation, signature workflow orchestration, identification, multi-factor authentication, electronic signatures, electronic registered delivery, long-term archiving, and electronic invoicing. Support organizational change processes, such as restructurings or new toolsimplementation, ensuring a smooth transition Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business Collect and analyze employee data and metrics, such as turnover rate and employee satisfaction Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as retention, compensation and benefits Utilize HR management systems to track employee development and career progression Contribute to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive work environment through targeted initiatives and actions Produce reports and analysis, and present the results to business leaders to enable informed decision-making Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing any risks Analyze and track HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
Degree in Humanities, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in the role in structured environments Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HR management systems, including tracking employee development and career progression Advanced data analysis and reporting skills for tracking HR metrics and optimizing strategies Proactivity, ability to manage priorities, negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with business functions In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks Fluency in written and spoken English It's a plus: master in Human Resources or similar certification and proficiency in Spanish. COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Employment Classification: Employee level B2 under the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria Fixed Salary (RAL): €40.000 – €45.000 gross per year, depending on the assessed level of autonomy and responsibility MBO: up to 10% of fixed salary upon 100% achievement of objectives defined with your manager Meal vouchers: €7 for each day worked on-site WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
