HR Business Partner (stage) – Milano
Responsibilities
- Support HRBP daily activities, collaborating with managers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in managing employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, development).
- Contribute to HR process management and optimization.
- Prepare reporting and presentations to support HR activities.
- Collaborate with the various HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to ensure process consistency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Education in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
- Interest in the HR Business Partner role and organizational dynamics.
- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and problem‑solving attitude.
- Ability to work in teams and dynamic contexts.
