HR Business Partner – Human Resources Division – Rome, Italy

Role Overview


The HR Business Partner reports to the HR Lead within the HR Division and plays a key role in shaping and delivering a high quality employee experience across the organization. Working in close partnership with the Lead HRBP, the role supports the execution of HR strategies and initiatives across all levels of the assigned function or department.


The HRBP acts as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating people's strategy into practical solutions that support performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with the Lead HRBP and business leaders to deliver HR strategies, policies, and people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure effective execution of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management processes.
  • Support the design and delivery of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Manage employee relations matters and grievances, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies and local practices, under the supervision of the Lead HRBP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, training providers, and recruitment agencies to ensure access to high quality HR solutions and talent.
  • Develop HR dashboards and data insights to support informed decision making and drive targeted actions.
  • Benchmark HR policies, processes, and practices to ensure the organization remains competitive, compliant, and future ready.


Key Skills


  • Strong Corporate HR Business Partner experience within a multinational organization
  • Master's degree (preferred) in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Administration
  • (MBA), Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
