Compensation & Organization Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensation & Organization Specialist based in Milan, reporting to the Global HR Director . This pivotal role will focus on driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency, implementing and managing global compensation programs, and ensuring the consistent maintenance of HR systems (HRZ/Oracle). The role will also oversee the development and communication of HR policies and internal communication strategies, all while aligning with business priorities and adhering to group guidelines..
Key Accountabilities
- Support business leaders in developing organizational models aligned with business priorities and requirements.
- Ensure the consistent maintenance and application of the Group grading system.
- Implement and manage global bonus and commission programs that align with company goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and competitiveness of incentive programs across markets.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems (HRZ, Oracle) to ensure consistent global application.
- Provide support and training to HR teams for effective system usage.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate global HR policies in compliance with local laws and global best practices.
- Lead internal communication strategies to ensure clear, transparent messaging across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to communicate organizational changes effectively.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, HR systems, or organizational analysis, preferably in a global role within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation programs, HR policies, and HR systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus..
