Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join its Human Resources team. Located near Milano Centrale station, the hotel offers a dynamic and international working environment, where people, culture, and collaboration are at the heart of the business. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources function with a strong focus on HR administration, acting as a primary point of contact for employees and providing support across the entire employee lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities
• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HR systems and employee records
• Support payroll-related activities, data collection, and HR reporting
• Assist in the recruitment process, including interview coordination and hiring documentation
• Support onboarding activities and actively participate in welcoming and integrating new employees
• Prepare and distribute internal HR communications and documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related requests
• Support effective communication between the HR department and all hotel departments
• Provide organizational and administrative support for training activities
• Coordinate logistical and administrative aspects of internal training programs
About You
• Strong interest in Human Resources, preferably with previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• People-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn HRIS systems (Zucchetti)
• High school diploma required
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, including recruitment, employee engagement, and leave management
• Fluency in Italian and English is required
