In this role you support HR and office operations within a luxury hotel setting, ensuring accurate, confidential employee records and smooth administrative processes. You will help manage training documentation, internal communications, and onboarding support for applicants and staff. The position combines hands‑on file control with collaboration across HR initiatives and guest‑facing teams to sustain high‑quality service. You will contribute to HR projects (handbook, guides) and uphold policy adherence in a prestige environment. Benefits
Create and maintain employee files and filing systems with confidentiality and security Manage documents like interview records, I-9s, and training certifications; update HR records (MGS, DLZ) Coordinate training logistics, attendance, and the Training Masterfile; maintain training calendar Support employee applications and walk‑in candidates; maintain accessible application areas Handle internal communications, HR notices, and bulletin updates across hotel areas; respond to employee inquiries Arrange meetings, room bookings, and coordination for team‑building activities; assist with BEO preparation Support HR projects (employee handbook, new parents guide); assist with archives and photography assets Report accidents and unsafe conditions; ensure professional interaction with guests and staff Maintain office supplies, respond to inquiries, and protect company assets Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors Responsabilità
