The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual with a strong interest in Human Resources, eager to grow in a dynamic and design-driven environment.

As part of the HR team, you will support various aspects of the employee lifecycle and contribute to people-related initiatives, with a focus on culture, development, and internal engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting recruitment processes, from CV screening to interview scheduling
• Assisting in onboarding and offboarding activities
• Helping manage personnel documentation and administrative tasks
• Supporting internal communication and employee engagement projects
• Collaborating on training initiatives and corporate culture programs
• Contributing to HR reporting and performance management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, or related fields
• Strong interest in HR topics and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
