Mission:
The HR Generalist supports daily human resources activities and assists employees on basic HR processes. The role contributes to a positive employee experience and ensures HR procedures are applied correctly.
Main Activities:
- Support recruitment activities
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employees on basic HR questions
- Support training activities
- Assist with internal communication and HR projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good level of English
- Previous internship or first experience in HR is a plus
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
