HR LEGAL & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: OSPITALETTO (BS).
Full‑time position, 8:30 – 17:30 with a one‑hour break. Direct hiring for a permanent contract. Salary range within band 3 of the applicable collective agreement. Meals, welfare, and performance bonus are included.
Responsibilities
Ensure correct application of labor legislation, company regulations, and second‑level collective bargaining agreements, providing advice to business managers. Draft, update, and manage personnel contracts in compliance with current regulations, the applicable CCNL, and internal agreements. Prepare and update company regulations and HR procedures. Issue and circulate company communications, ensuring consistency with internal communication strategies. Maintain relationships with trade‑union representatives, contributing to the definition of union agreements together with the HR Manager. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding individual issues. Handle disciplinary procedures and related legal disputes. Monitor and analyze performance and plant‑level indicators linked to the bonus system. Collaborate in the management of corporate services.
Qualifications
Preferably a master’s degree in law or related field, or a three‑year degree in business law or a bachelor's in personnel consulting, or a degree in economic studies. At least 1½ years of experience in HR departments of mid‑size companies or in law‑consulting firms or trade‑union associations dealing with industrial relations / HR legal. Knowledge of labor law, national collective agreements, and core HR processes. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and result‑orientation skills. Good command of English and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
