Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a HR Manager for a leading company in the Engineering sector:
Responsibility:
- Entire personnel administration for Switzerland and Italy;
- Coordination with Adm. & Finance team / HR representative for other subsidiaries;
- Contact person for all employees of Group;
- Managing the coordination with external audit firm in charge of payroll (externalized);
- Support with recruitments;
- Regulatory monitoring;
- Contact person for labor law clarifications, if necessary in cooperation with a legal advisor;
- Checking the monthly HR reports from subsidiaries of Group;
- HR Reporting monthly in Vision - Besafe reporting monthly;
- Leaves and absence – Palha reporting;
- Training and competency matrices (employee development and training needs);
- Support in annual appraisals;
- Organize on-boarding, entries and exits;
- Social insurance administration;
- Managing Castor shares.
Professional experience:
-Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (minimum 5 years).
Special Knowledge and skills, personal requirements:
- Experienced MS-Office and ERP knowledge;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Very good knowledge of English and French is an advantage;
- Reliable and flexible personality with quick comprehension skills;
- Open personality, able to work under pressure and adapt to different environment, confident in negotiations and self-confident.
The position will be based in Pombia or Cureggio
Package : gross annual 45k€ to 50 k€
