We are looking for a HR Manager to be responsible for ensuring legal compliance across all employment-related matters while providing expert guidance on labor law, employee relations, and risk management. This role serves as a key advisor to leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment between Italian labor legislation and Foundever’s global HR policies. Employment Law & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions. Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements.

Employee Relations & Case Management

Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations. Provide expert guidance on performance management processes to ensure legal soundness and consistency. Act as a subject matter expert for sensitive cases, ensuring fair treatment and risk mitigation.

Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and operational teams on labor law and employee relations matters. Support negotiations with works councils, unions, or employee representatives when applicable. Liaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.

Risk Management & Governance

Identify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping to support legal defensibility.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

Deliver training and guidance to managers and HR teams on labor law, employee relations, and best practices. Promote consistent and compliant application of HR policies across the organization.

To Succeed in the Role, You Will Need to Have:

Native or proficient level of Italian Advanced level of English Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to balance legal rigor with business and employee needs. High ethical standards, discretion, and professionalism.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Law (mandatory); specialization in Labor or Employment Law is highly preferred. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations roles. Strong, practical knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices. Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is an advantage. BPO experience preferred.
