Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management
1) Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
2) Develop retention strategies and career development programs.
2. Employee Relations
1) Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
2) Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend solutions.
3. Policy & Compliance
1) Update and enforce HR policies in accordance with legal requirements.
2) Maintain knowledge of employment legislation.
4. Compensation & Benefits
1) Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures.
2) Conduct market salary benchmark.
5. Training & Development
1) Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
2) Implement leadership development programs.
6. HR Analytics
1) Analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring costs, employee engagement) to drive decisions.
2) Prepare reports for senior management.
7. Culture & Engagement
1) Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
2) Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
With pharmaceutical equipment industry or manufacturing industry background is preferred.
With experience in multiple countries(Italy,German,UK,France etc.,) in Europe is preferred.
3. Skills:
English language skills or Chinese language skills are needed.
Expertise in HRIS and MS Office.
Strong result oriented awareness.
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making.
4. Others:
Would be based in Novara, Italy.
