MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Structuring and Developing the Company in the Human Resources Area. The company aims to create an adequate management of internal resources, investing in collective and individual well-being and promoting the professional growth of employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of internal human resources department.
- Oversee personnel performances and reporting
- Direct collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities.
-Direct contact with HR’s office of CFMOTO HQ.
ACTIVITIES
- Recruitment and talent scouting
- Monitoring and managing personnel costs (HC plan development)
- Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees.
- Promotion of training courses and employees development plan.
- Company reference for the welfare plan and for consultants.
- Responsible for safety and privacy policy.
- Creation of company regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree. HR qualification is a plus.
- Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector.
- Familiarity with local and international employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
-Interest and/or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles.
