HR Manager
We are seeking a new member to ensure to participate in supporting the business by
ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, managing all administrative HR processes, and acting as a strategic partner to the Country Manager.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage all local HR administrative processes, including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Country Manager, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes in collaboration with Group HR.
- Coordinate performance management and development processeslocally.
- Handle employee relations and support resolution of workplace issues.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
- Liaise with external providers (e.g., payroll, legal, training) to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Contribute to the implementation of global HR initiatives at local level.
- Support organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions from an HR perspective.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with Hero’s values.
Skills and competencies:
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in HR generalist roles, preferably within multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
- Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus.
