This industrial ecosystem is central to Ariston Group's ability to deliver innovation, quality,flexibilityand operational excellence.To support our businessobjectivesand the continued evolution of manufacturing in the region, we are looking for an HR leader who can combine strategic business partnering with strong execution in a complex, multi-site industrial environment.

Role purpose The HR leader will act as a trusted partner to the manufacturing/plant leadership team. The role will operate from one of the Group’s manufacturing sites in the region, while ensuring a broad view of the multi-site industrial perimeter. The role will translate business and industrial priorities into effective workforce, organization and people actions, while ensuring consistent HR practices, constructive employee and industrial relations, regulatory compliance and a strong employee experience.

The successful candidate will be expected tooperatein line with global guidelines whileremainingclose to plant reality,anticipatingworkforce needs, enabling organizationalchangeand developing the capabilities required to sustain safety, quality, productivity,innovationand long-term competitiveness.

Key responsibilities Business partnering and organization Partner with Operations and plant leadership to understand business priorities and convert them into an integrated HR agenda.

Advise leaders on organization design, workforce planning, productivity,skillsandpeopleimplications of industrial and business decisions.

Support organizational transformation, technologyadoptionand change initiatives, ensuring clear communication, leadershipalignmentand employee involvement.

Promote a high-performance,accountableand inclusive culture aligned with Ariston Group values and expected leadership behaviors.

Workforce,talentand capability Lead workforce planning across the manufacturing site, balancing current operational requirements with future capability needs.

Coordinate recruitment priorities with Talent Acquisition, ensuringtimelyhiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions and a consistent candidate experience.

Build plant and regional capability plans through skills assessment, upskilling, reskilling, technicaltrainingand leadership development.

Support internal mobility and cross-site collaboration to strengthen the talent pipeline andretaincriticalknow-how.

Employee and industrial relations Lead and coordinate industrial relations, building constructive,transparentand sustainable relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.

Ensure compliance with Italianlabourlaw, collective agreements, companypoliciesand local procedures, in partnership with HR Administration, Legal and relevant experts.

Guide the plant management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, attendance,grievancesand other sensitivepeopletopics, applying consistent and fair approaches.

Anticipatelabour-relations risks and defineappropriate engagementand negotiation strategies in line with business priorities.

HR operations,analyticsand continuous improvement Ensure consistent deployment of Group HR processes and policies across the site, adapting execution to the manufacturing context whereappropriate.

Own manufacturing HR dashboards andprovideactionable insights on headcount,labourcost, overtime, absenteeism, turnover, injuries, skills,engagementand other relevant people indicators.

Partner with Finance and Operations onlabour-cost planning,forecastingand productivity actions for direct and indirect workforces.

Contribute to World Class Manufacturing and People Development priorities, including skills matrices, training plans, suggestionsystemsandcontinuous-improvementinitiatives.

Simplify and digitalize HR processes, improve dataqualityand promote effective use of Group HR systems and analytics.

Ensure mandatory training and people-related requirements connected with quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are properly supported.

Engagement,cultureand employee experience Strengthen employee listening,engagementand communication, translating feedback into visible and measurable actions.

Champion inclusion, well-being,sustainabilityand responsible people practices throughout the regional manufacturing community.

Lean manufacturing Lead WCM People Development as Pillar Leader

Experience and qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics,Engineeringora relateddiscipline.

Significant HR leadership experience in manufacturing or another complex industrial environment, including responsibility for employee and industrial relations.

Solid knowledge of Italianlabourlaw, collectivebargainingand union relations.

Demonstrated experience in business partnering, workforce planning, organizational change, talentmanagementandlabour-cost management.

Understanding oflean manufacturing, World ClassManufacturingor comparablecontinuous-improvementmethodologies.

Strong analytical capability and confidence in using HR data and digital tools to support decisions.

Fluency in Italian and professionalproficiencyin English.

Leadership profile Business-oriented and pragmatic, with the credibility to influence senior manufacturing leaders while staying connected to employees and operational realities.

Able to balance strategic perspective with hands-on delivery in a multi-site environment.

Skilled at managing complexity, settingprioritiesand driving consistent execution through collaboration rather than hierarchy alone.

Constructive and confident in negotiations, with sound judgement,discretionanda strong senseof fairness.

Curious, improvement-mindedand comfortable challenging established practices with respect and evidence.

LOCATION Marche, Italy

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria. We believe that transparency and fairness are essential to building trust, fostering inclusion and ensuring equal opportunities for everyone.As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
