HR Organization Analyst Internship

Within the Bulgari Human Resources Organization Department in Rome , we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and open-minded intern for the Organization Analyst role.
The candidate will report to the Agile Organization Design Senior Manager and will have the opportunity to gain practical skills and in-depth knowledge in various aspects, providing daily support on operational tasks and specific project requests, actively contributing to the team's success.
Accountabilities
- Support the organization team in the delivery of transversal project tasks related to Retail, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology, according to priorities and delivery milestones;
- Actively participate in the Bulgari Jobs’ profiles project by supporting the content update, external benchmark, new profiles scouting & redaction in line with the company's needs and skill-based organization framework, using innovative solutions;
- Provide support in activities planning, document preparation, analysis, and outcomes, reporting, as well as constant update of internal materials (PowerPoint presentations, orgcharts, announcements, training materials, if needed, etc.);
- Assist in the management of daily operational activities and tasks (Hiring creation and monitoring, positions/system update, etc.);
- Run periodic reports on the organization perimeter to analyze data, providing insights to ensure data quality and cleaning activities through a continuous and proactive approach;
- Support the Headcount budget process, ensuring data quality in the HR systems, reporting reliability, and consistency with organization charts.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
- Degree in economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Interest and passion for the Human Resources field/organization topics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using key software tools (MS Office, email, etc.) and an attitude to learn HR applications (MS Office, Visio, Project, HR tools, and Reporting)
- Project Management techniques and tools as a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a commitment to customer excellence
