HR Partner Leads act as the primary contact for business leaders, understanding their strategy and partnering on strategic HR matters. They also manage HR metrics, collaborate across functions, and support escalations. For Avanade support, they focus on providing HR assistance specific to Avanade.

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of HR Partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and talent strategies.
  2. Provide coaching, learning, and career guidance to the HR team.
  3. Support escalations with executive stakeholders.
  4. Understand business/practice strategy and coach people and leaders accordingly.
  5. Manage HR metrics, share insights, and use data storytelling to inform the business.
  6. Provide leadership coaching and guidance.
  7. Oversee critical processes, dependencies, and milestones.
  8. Partner with leadership to promote inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing.
  9. Monitor employee engagement and leverage listening strategies for improvement.
  10. Collaborate on talent strategy development and execution.
  11. Manage key HR processes like performance management.
  12. Work with HR teams on inclusion, diversity, employee experience, and upskilling initiatives.
  13. Handle complex employee relations issues, coaching leaders as needed.
  14. Require a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  15. Minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
  16. Proven strategic HR management and business partnering skills.
  17. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  18. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  19. Ability to develop strategies and analyze metrics for data-driven decisions.
  20. Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  21. Fluent in Italian and English.
