Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field
- Significant experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of local Employment Law
- Fluent in both spoken and written Italian
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Project management and delivery capability with a proven track record of making an impact through data-driven recommendations

Amazon HR Regional Partners (HRPs) in the EMEA region act as consultants to over 4,500 people managers across 20 countries. Operating autonomously and providing high-judgment advice, HRPs help deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience, aiming to be Earth’s Best Employer.
HRPs collaborate with various stakeholders, including:
- HR Business Partners focused on executing HR strategies for their respective business lines.
- Centers of Excellence, such as Employee Services (HR administration), Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance to HR Business Partners and Leaders on change management initiatives.
- Managing performance improvement processes, both informal and formal.
- Handling complex and sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Facilitating development sessions to enhance manager effectiveness and capabilities.
- Guiding leaders through Talent Management and Compensation processes.
- Identifying training opportunities for skill development.
- Supporting leaders with career conversations and growth plans.
- Acting independently with high judgment in decision-making.
- Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and optimizing resources.
- Demonstrating success in fast-paced, international environments focused on customers and employees.
- Exhibiting strong communication, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Having solid HR knowledge, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Additional languages are a plus.
