To be in support to the HR Retail team for the following activities:

  • Be commercially focused (business partner for the Retail Department);
  • Supporting in managing the retail recruiting processes (planning interviews, giving feedbacks to candidates);
  • Handle all HR admin procedures and documentations;
  • Handle Payroll cycle within EMEA perimeter;
  • Manage Labour relations;
  • Manage hiring/dismissal processes for stores;
  • Build strong connections with external providers (for Recruiting, Legal counseling, Payroll);
  • Be able to understand and know the HR motivation systems;
  • Be the ambassador of FURLA brand and represent the DNA and company heritage during the interview and/or during the Career Days;
  • Establish a strong connection with Retail District Managers and Store Mangers.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong motivation to become a professional in the HR field;
  • Fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus;
  • Being goal-oriented;
  • Strong Excel skills;
  • Being goal-oriented
  • Multitasking, problem solving and team-working skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
