HR Retail Intern

To be in support to the HR Retail team for the following activities:
- Be commercially focused (business partner for the Retail Department);
- Supporting in managing the retail recruiting processes (planning interviews, giving feedbacks to candidates);
- Handle all HR admin procedures and documentations;
- Handle Payroll cycle within EMEA perimeter;
- Manage Labour relations;
- Manage hiring/dismissal processes for stores;
- Build strong connections with external providers (for Recruiting, Legal counseling, Payroll);
- Be able to understand and know the HR motivation systems;
- Be the ambassador of FURLA brand and represent the DNA and company heritage during the interview and/or during the Career Days;
- Establish a strong connection with Retail District Managers and Store Mangers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong motivation to become a professional in the HR field;
- Fluent in English, French knowledge is a plus;
- Being goal-oriented;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Being goal-oriented

- Excellent communication skills;
