We are looking for an intern to join our Human Resources Retail department team.

You will support to HR Team on several people & organization activities and projects.

You will have the opportunity to experience a dynamic and multinational environment, growing your professional skills and learning about the Fashion Luxury industry.

As part of the Europe Retail HR team, you will support the talent acquisition process for our boutiques across national and international markets. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities, contribute to HR projects and employee management activities.


YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Contribute to the talent acquisition process in sourcing and recruiting for retail positions (e.g., Client Advisors, Store Managers)
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
  • Collaborate with Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Support the employee hiring process.
  • Support the onboarding process: Preparing the arrival of new employees and facilitating their integration into the company
  • Participating in personnel administration (recruitment files, offer letters,etc.)
  • Support reporting and analysis of recruitment KPIs and related date
  • Support in Employee Management activities
  • Contribute to collecting and maintaining Hr data and monitoring deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be fluent in English, other languages is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Degree in Economics / Psychology or knowledge gained through studying HR subjects or Master in Hr Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management including being able to prioritize workload
  • Organized and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way.
