HR Specialist

Are you passionate about people management, HR processes, and employee lifecycle activities?

AdmiralBet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, is looking for an HR Specialist to support the execution of core HR activities and ensure the smooth management of employee-related processes in compliance with local regulations.

You will support the employee lifecycle and HR operations, with the opportunity to progressively grow your scope within the HR function and gain exposure to international HR practices.

What will you do

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

• HR administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract preparation, amendments, terminations);
• Set-up and update HR documentation;
• Maintain employee records in HR systems;

Payroll & Compliance

• Prepare payroll by coordinating with external providers and internal stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with Italian labour law and company policies;

Employee Support

• Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR topics;

Recruitment & Reporting

• Manage recruitment activities;
• Assist with HR reporting and data collection for HQ requests;

Processes & International Collaboration

• Support audits, controls and internal HR procedures;
• Collaborate with the HR team in the Viennese HQ on ongoing HR activities (e.g. appraisal process, learning activities);

Who are we looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR Specialist role or similar;
• Basic to good knowledge of Italian labour law;
• Experience in structured or international environments is a plus;
• Familiarity with payroll processes and HR administration;
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Reliable, precise and service-oriented approach;

Education & Languages

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics or similar fields;
• English: professional level;

• Salary range between €28,000 and €33,000 gross per year, depending on experience, with flexibility for more experienced candidates;
