What You Can Expect

The HR Specialist manages HR data, ensures compliance with labor laws, and drives process improvements within HR operations. Oversees onboarding enhancements, administers learning and development systems, provides HR analytics, and supports employee relations. Tracks HR reporting metrics and ensures adherence to country-specific HR compliance requirements.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Maintain HR files and records in the HR Information System, ensuring accuracy and compliance, perform SuccessFactors data sanity checks.
  • Manage employment contracts, amendments, and legal documentation, coordinating with the legal team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and administrative requirements.
  • Conduct first-day onboarding, providing employees with legal documentation, benefits information, and HR procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate onboarding activities, train employees on HR systems, and track process improvements.
  • Support employee relations by assisting with initial mediation in disputes and following up on concerns.
  • Manage local country specific tasks and, if the case, deal directly with Unions/external suppliers to get them completed (PDR, Annual Tax Declaration, etc).
  • Manage proper requirements about Life/Injuries additional Insurance.
  • Manage learning and development tasks within the Learning Management System (when not handled by GMS), and organise local ‘paid learning’ events for all employees and executives.
  • Provide HR‑related data and reports to departments, including turnover rates and quarterly eligible earnings.
  • Assist with organisational announcements and workforce communications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update internal HR intranet sites with relevant information.
  • Advise employees on family leave policies and special leave requests.
  • Manage special HR projects, including managing communication, tracking progress, preparing reports, and participating in meetings.
  • If required, manage country‑specific processes such as salary reviews, bonus processes, and hiring non‑national employees (e.g., work permits and vendor coordination).
  • If required, act as actions under the HR Coordinator role.

What Makes You Stand Out

Professional Experience

  • Several years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a specialist HR function.
  • Solid knowledge of labour law, social security, and personal income tax for the assigned country/client group, including familiarity with EU data privacy regulations.
  • Understanding of foreign employment laws and regulations is an asset.
  • Solid understanding and application of HR principles, theories, and concepts to support HR processes effectively.
  • Research and data analytics capabilities with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR reporting and decision‑making.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • SAP SuccessFactors will be an asset.
  • Preferable experience in ADP payroll system.
  • Ticketing system will be an asset.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and proficiency in the local language of the country you will support are required.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
