Position: HR Talent Manager & HR Business Partner
Location: Crema Area / Eastern Lombardy
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Manager & Business Partner to play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives and nurturing a high-performance culture across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership to develop talent strategies that support business growth, while also leading programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and long-term development. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this position is a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shaping and delivering talent development programs aimed at identifying and growing internal talent, with a strong focus on leadership and succession planning.
- Leading initiatives to improve performance management, employee retention, and career development across all levels of the organization.
- Promoting an inclusive and equitable workplace culture aligned with our diversity and inclusion objectives.
- Designing and implementing innovative learning strategies, including the development of a structured internal training academy.
- Building and executing an impactful Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Leveraging HR analytics to support data-driven decisions and track the effectiveness of talent programs and interventions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, supporting their growth and the development of their teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on talent management, ideally within multinational, industrial, or FMCG environments.
- Broad knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, compensation, and labor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus); Italian language proficiency assumed.
