HR Transformation Consultant
Descrizione dell'offerta
We are a fast-growing HR tech startup backed by leading international VCs, having raised €9M+ from 360 Capital, IFF, Kfund, and 14Peaks. We are a team of 30+ professionals passionate about shaping the future of talent assessment. Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today’s evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Solution Consultant who has been on the other side of the table, someone who has sat in HR leadership meetings, led transformation initiatives, and knows what it really takes for a talent platform to create lasting change inside a large organization.
This is not a typical pre‑sales role. But you’ll co‑own every strategic deal we pursue.
This is not an HR advisory role. But your HR expertise will be the reason clients trust us.
You’ll be the person who walks into a conversation with a CHRO and immediately understands what’s really at stake, not just what they’re asking for, but why they’re asking for it. You go beyond requirements: you uncover the transformation behind the request, map its organizational impact, define how success should be measured, and help clients navigate the risks that come with change.
But here’s what sets this role apart: you bring a genuine tech orientation to every client conversation. You don’t just understand HR: you understand how technology enables, accelerates, and sometimes complicates transformation. You’re fluent in the architecture of HR tech ecosystems, comfortable discussing integrations, data flows, and AI‑driven workflows, and you know how to connect the dots between a client’s tech landscape and the change they’re trying to drive. You get excited about what’s possible when the right platform meets the right strategy.
You are not a vendor. You are a trusted partner, one who speaks both the language of the CHRO and the language of the system.
What You’ll Do
You’ll engage with CHROs, C‑Levels and HR stakeholders to understand not just what they need, but the organizational and cultural context that shapes what will actually work for them. You translate those insights into tailored solutions that are technically sound, culturally coherent, and realistic to implement because a great answer that doesn’t fit the organization is no answer at all.
Build the business case that closes deals
You won’t just present features. You’ll construct the strategic argument that justifies the investment internally, connecting our solutions’ value to the client’s priorities, KPIs, and organizational challenges.
Co‑own the enterprise sales cycle
You’ll work side by side with our Account Executives across Italy and Europe, navigating complex multi‑stakeholder deals (3–9 months).
Be the bridge between client and product
When enterprise requirements come in, you don’t just forward them. You translate. You map what the customer needs against what we have, identify the gap, and propose solutions that are impactful and game‑changing both for the client and for Skillvue. You’re the voice of the client inside our walls and the voice of our product in the room.
Stay ahead of what enterprise HR looks like
You understand talent processes deeply: L&D, Performance Management, Internal Mobility, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning. You know why succession projects fail, how 9‑boxes differ from skills inventories, and what makes a CHRO push back on a vendor. You bring that knowledge into every conversation.
Support both the Italian market and Skillvue’s international expansion
You’ll play a key role not only in strengthening our positioning with Italian enterprise clients, but also in supporting Skillvue’s expansion into new European markets, adapting our value proposition, navigating different HR cultures, and contributing to building credibility with international stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in HR, HR consulting, or HR tech: you’ve experienced talent processes from the inside and know how enterprise organizations actually work
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: L&D, Performance Management, Internal Mobility, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning. Talent Acquisition is a plus
- Enterprise experience is a must: you’ve operated in or sold to organizations with 2,000+ employees and navigated complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles: you know what a discovery session, a business case, and a vendor evaluation really look like and you’ve contributed to winning them
- Fluent English is a must‑have: you’ll work across Italian and international markets, and need to run boardroom conversations in English with confidence and credibility. Excellent Italian is equally expected
- Tech‑savvy and AI‑native: you experiment with tools, find smarter ways to work, and embrace innovation as a default
- Strong under pressure: you handle ambiguity, competing priorities, and demanding stakeholders without losing your cool
- Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder relationships across different levels of seniority and functions: you know how to navigate complexity without losing alignment
- Comfortable juggling multiple, very different projects simultaneously: you switch contexts with ease and deliver quality across all fronts without losing focus
- A true team player and the go‑to person within the sales team: you bring strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills that make the people around you sharper and more confident
- Seniority is flexible: depth matters more than years
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience
- A collaborative, purpose‑driven culture where your ideas shape the future of work
