About the Company
Adecco Italia SpA's - Consulting Division - is researching a prestigious and structured industrial group that is a world-wide leader in design and production of engine systems and electrical power plants , in the largest factory in Italy located in the province of Gorizia .
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and prepared HRBP who has experience in factory environment, labor relations, and a keen interest in transforming HR processes globally .
Reporting to the Director Human resources Italy, the HRBP will be responsible for all aspects of HR inside the factory.
Responsibilities
- Assist all level Managers with staffing decisions , benefit administrations, employee counseling and event management;
- Collaborate with Corporate and Business Unit for reporting, salary review, performance review, headcount, etc;
- Full cycle of recruiting management (candidate scouting, interview, offer negotiation, hiring process) with the support of Central Talent Acquisition Team;
- Relation and negotiation with external stakeholders (temporary agencies, recruiters, headhunters, schools and universities, labor unions and business associations);
- Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures Groups;
- Manage Union Relations ;
- Manages compensation and benefit policies administration ;
- Ensure that stable qualified workforce is on site by required time;
- Manage effective Performance review tool and program for the organization;
- Develop Annual Training and Development Plan for the Organization;
- Monitoring and Controlling costs and investments in the site organization (hiring, salary, benefit, training, partnership and education events);
- Employer branding activities with the support of Central Employer Branding Team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Laws, Public Administration, Business Administration;
- 5 years of experience in leading or coordination positions, preferably in an international environment as an HR Manager, HRBP, or HR Partner;
- It is necessary to have previous experience and background as an HR generalist and industrial relations;
- Computer literate (SAP, Excel, Office 365, PP, Teams);
- Fluent in Italian and good command of English;
- Knowledge of some modules of the Workday (IT HCM software) will be a plus.

Addictional Info:
- Occasional travel to the Southern Italy Plant;
- Occasional remote meetings with the Indian Business Unit and the Locals HRBP for knowledge and enterprise projects sharing;
Pay range and compensation package:
Workplace: Province of Gorizia (GO) – Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region - Italy
Permanent Contract
Salary Range: 60.000 - 70.000 €
Middle Manager
MBO: 10% of Salary
Smart Working: 40% for week
1 hour of Flexibility entrance/exit
