HSE Manager/RSPP

We are seeking an HSE Manager / RSPP for our ACEF company located in Fiorenzuola D’Arda, Italy .
The position is responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and Legislative Decree 81/08.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site.
- Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes.
- Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills.
