Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the site HSEQ program, aligning local operations with regional and global frameworks while meeting customer requirements and DP World standards. You will drive safety, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence across the site and support cross-functional teams in implementing HSEQ solutions. The role focuses on governance, risk control, incident investigations, and continuous improvement to sustain ISO and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with leadership, regulators, customers, and auditors to embed HSEQ into daily operations and planning.

• Lead the site HSEQ strategy implementation and governance in line with regional/global frameworks
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and local regulations
• Guide site management to strengthen risk ownership and operational discipline
• Promote a strong HSEQ culture prioritizing safety, environmental stewardship, and quality
• Implement critical risk controls, life‑saving rules, and Control of Work programs
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace risks with operational teams
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely corrective actions
• Monitor site safety KPIs and drive targeted improvements
• Conduct HSEQ assurance activities including audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 compliance and support HSEQ systems/tools
• Oversee environmental data collection, monitoring, and reporting
• Build HSEQ capability through coaching, training, and technical support
• Embed HSEQ into daily activities and planning in collaboration with leadership
• Engage regulators, customers, and external auditors as required
• Drive continuous improvement using performance data and insights

Responsabilità

• Proven HSEQ experience in logistics or a high-risk industrial environment
• Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in incident investigation, risk management, and operational assurance at site level
• Recognized HSEQ qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent certification)
• Ability to influence site leadership and build cross-functional relationships
