The role is focused on leading capability building and performance culture for the Hub Italy & Netherlands, accelerating adoption of new ways of working and development of critical competencies to support the ambition “Long Acting Power House”.
Key responsibilities
- Safeguard the company reputation through behaviors aligned with regulatory compliance and corporate values (Code of Ethics, procedures, etc.).
- In the development of the Business Plan, propose training and competency development plans for various functions and ensure their execution.
- Manage training and competency development projects in line with the Business Plan.
- Promote and support digital upskilling initiatives, contributing to the definition and dissemination of content, tools and best practices, collaborating with the omnichannel & innovation team.
- Plan and manage induction programs for new collaborators across all functions.
- Contribute to training plans for promotional campaigns in collaboration with the appropriate management.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of customer-facing collaborators in collaboration with management.
- Participate in ad hoc business mechanisms as relevant to competence discussions.
- Represent the HUB in interactions with corporate functions on competence topics, coordinating with Country Managers and participating in the EU Capability network.
- Coordinate with medical leadership to plan and monitor scientific certifications for involved functions.

Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training related to coaching and training fields
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong digital skills with a focus on innovation and digital upskilling
- Experience in Pharma sector roles such as Specialist Representative, Area Manager, HMS, Access Manager or HR
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience at European or global levels in cross-functional roles and multicultural teams
- Experience as a People Leader
Knowledge
- Industry laws and regulatory equivalents within the company (Ethical & Legal Compliance)
- Strong business acumen
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management skills: planning, supervision and execution of broad projects/programs
