Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a purpose-driven individual ready to contribute time, insight, and—where aligned—strategic support to bring bold ideas to life.
You might:
- Mentor product teams within our Collaborative Spaces
- Co-create tools, brands, or services
- Facilitate learning and guide early-stage ventures
- Host meaningful gatherings and events
- Help move early-stage projects forward through expertise, network, or catalytic support
Many of our most impactful collaborators began by offering their perspective and support — and grew into strategic roles within our ecosystem.
️ What You Could Do
Depending on your background and goals, your contribution might include:
- Supporting ventures from product design to market readiness
- Co-developing tools used across Hubbers projects
- Connecting and activating purpose-driven communities
- ️ Participating in events or educational programs
- ️ Helping shape innovation infrastructure (legal, financial, brand, tech…)
Areas of Focus
We’re especially interested in experience across:
- Product development & strategy
- Branding, digital marketing & storytelling
- Legal, logistics, crowdfunding & business modeling
- Web3, AI, or supply chain innovation
- Ecosystem building, facilitation, or venture acceleration
Who You Are
✔️ Purpose-driven and collaborative by nature
✔️ Available 10–15 hours/month with flexible engagement
✔️ Interested in contributing more than time — including insights, networks, and potentially early-stage support
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset with a global outlook
✔️ Fluent in English (additional languages welcome)
✔️ Curious, intentional, and ready to co-create
