Corporate Human Resources Advisor
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks related to human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and supporting the HR department in achieving its strategic objectives.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes and HR requirements, and facilitating the communication with employees.
The ideal candidatewill have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR BusinessPartners.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases: You'll manage our HR system (Workday), ensuring all employeeinformation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes: You'll ensure a seamlessonboarding experience for new hires and manage the departure process for exiting employees.
- Be the first pointof contact for employee inquiries: You'll handle employeerequests, answer questions about HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, metricsfor management and presentations.
- Archive HR documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies,company policies and legal regulations.
- Occasionally assist with the recruiting process.
- Manage relationships with rentalproperty owners and related contracts, working closely with our legal team.
- Coordinate with external agencies supplying temporaryworkers.
- Coordinate university partnerships for internship programs, handling related administrative responsibilities.
- Provide support to the line Manager in implementing HR projects, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with communication activities and HR engagement projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degreein human resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similarrole.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices and processes
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong customerservice orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maximum confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Workday is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (especially Excel)
- Strong ethicsand reliability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills in English and Italian
