Milan will be our new headquarters for executives, marketing, and creative talents. We’re seeking a Head of People & Talent , a strategic and emotionally intelligent leader who can scale our team with elegance, vision, and precision.
About the Role
This is not classic HR. This is Human Experience Design . You will lead the full people function across our international offices, shaping the future of how we scout new talent across the best Hospitality Universities in Europe, how we select, interview, hire, onboard, engage, and grow motivated world-class talent in a company built on luxury, excellence, and innovation.
You Will:
- Build and lead the People, New Talents & strategy across our European hubs
- Attract and retain top-tier talent from the luxury, hospitality, managment and travel industries
- Elevate our employer brand and maintain partnerships with universities to build recruitment
pipelines (EHL, Glion, Les Roches) for elite roles and emerging graduate talent
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent culture
- Partner with C-Level to align people's vision with company growth
- Lead HR operations, compliance, and people analytics with luxury precision
- Oversee HR systems, compliance, contracts, and people analytics
You Are:
- Experienced in leading people functions in hospitality, travel, or luxury environments
- Do not apply if you don't come from a luxury background
- A confident, elegant communicator in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
- Fluent in English, Level C1
- Obsessed with emotional intelligence, talent development, and cultural fit
- A trusted partner to leadership, with strong business and interpersonal acumen

Compensation: Starting from Euro 60,000 + Incentives , based on experience and value alignment
Must have:
High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and team leadership skills
A Master's Degree from a Recognized University
