Job Responsibilities:
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing various company training activities, track training effectiveness, and enhance employee skills and professional qualifications.
- Manage the procurement, distribution, and registration of office supplies and fixed assets to meet daily office needs.
- Coordinate office environment maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
- Assist in organizing company team-building activities and annual parties to strengthen employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or Administrative Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with familiarity in HR management processes and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in office software, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and good time management abilities.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, or both Italian and Chinese, as working languages.
