Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR documentation.
  2. Assist in organizing various company training activities, track training effectiveness, and enhance employee skills and professional qualifications.
  3. Manage the procurement, distribution, and registration of office supplies and fixed assets to meet daily office needs.
  4. Coordinate office environment maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
  5. Assist in organizing company team-building activities and annual parties to strengthen employee cohesion and sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management or Administrative Management.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with familiarity in HR management processes and administrative tasks.
  3. Proficient in office software, with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  4. Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and good time management abilities.
  5. Fluent in both Italian and English, or both Italian and Chinese, as working languages.
