HR Business Partner (Milan/Turin)
Location: Milan or Turin, Italy
Languages Required: Fluent in Italian, Chinese, and English
Experience: 3–5 years in Human Resources, preferably in an international or manufacturing environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing insights on workforce planning and talent management.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.
- HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and organizational development projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role within a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in Italy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
