WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join our HR team and work closely with colleagues across the firm, supporting employees at every stage of their journey with the company. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across all business functions, as well as with external partners such as universities, training institutions, and HR system providers. You will be a key point of reference for all matters related to HR administration, onboarding, and people operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Internship & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end internship activation process, preparing all required documentation and liaising with universities and training institutions
- Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring an effective and engaging experience from day one
HR Administration & Documentation
- Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts and HR-related forms and templates, ensuring accuracy at every step
- Write, update, and archive HR documentation, internal communications, letters, and other administrative materials
Learning & Development
- Support L&D activities, contributing to the organization and coordination of training programs and people development initiatives
HR Systems & Data
- Update and maintain HR systems and databases (Workday), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all people data
Projects & Operations
- Support the HR team in managing projects and initiatives focused on people development and continuous process improvement
- Provide day-to-day operational support across all HR department activities
ABOUT YOU
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordination, or HR Generalist role
- Degree in Humanities, Economics, Law, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Workday is considered a plus

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
